A seven-clinician practice on Basztowa, on the Planty ring at the edge of the old town, in a stone townhouse whose ground floor was converted in 2017. The fit-out is limestone, brass and herringbone oak rather than clinical white, but the working model is conventional: four dentists, a hygienist, an assistant and a coordinator who handles scheduling and correspondence for patients travelling in. Panoramic imaging is taken and reviewed on site during the first appointment. Polish, English and German are spoken daily. Estimates and guarantee terms are issued in writing before treatment starts.
