A larger, more corporate practice on the second floor of a glass office block in the 22@ district, reached through a shared atrium rather than a street-front waiting room. Ten people work here, most of them clinical support, around a lead dentist whose focus is implant and restorative work. Panoramic and cephalometric imaging is done on site, so surgical planning and the treatment estimate usually happen in the same visit. The building has step-free access, underground parking and a courtyard patients actually use. Spanish, Catalan and English throughout; German at a conversational level.

Dental hygienist, eight years in practice. Runs hygiene and periodontal maintenance and takes the radiographs. Most implant patients see her more often than they see the dentist, which is by design.
Runs the practice's administration — estimates, insurance correspondence and scheduling across the treatment rooms. Handles the arrangements for patients travelling in, including access and parking in the building.
